IMAGINE LIVING HERE. IT'S EASIER THAN YOU MAY THINK

Kim and Jennifer started their journey to make Sicily their permanent home several years ago, during the height of Covid.  It was an exciting and yet, scary time.  There were so many questions;  how will we find a home in a country where we don't speak the language?  Are the homes on websites and realtors legitimate?  Are we even allowed to purchase a home in Italy and what is the process?  How will we get permission to stay as legal residents?  Who can we trust?  And on and on......

Thankfully, over time and with the help of new friends, we figured it all out and couldn't be happier!  

We actually ended up purchasing three homes,  renovated two, one of which became this gorgeous 5 star BnB, sold our primary home after renovations and moved to a villa in the county with olive and almond groves, after another full renovation. Whew!!!  With all of this experience, we started hearing from numerous people who wanted to move here with the same kinds of questions we initially had, and thus came the idea to help people through this wonderful journey.
